'What's that weird looking Roma tomato Farmer Brian won't stop talking about?'

The Answer: Blue Beech!

It's the best tomato you've never heard of!

This unique looking tomato is called Blue Beech and it's an heirloom, sausage-type tomato.

And Farmer Brian is confident it's the best tasting tomato we grow!
(Well, along with Black Beauty 😉

Besides having great flavor (we're talking phenomenal real tomato flavor!), it has no watery seed cavity. This is a true tomato-lover's tomato.

Pound for pound, you get a lot more meat and a lot less water.

It's the perfect tomato for pico de gallo, bruschetta, tomato salad, tomato sandwiches, and all things tomato!

It is an elongated and large paste tomato that has distinctive green 'shoulders' and is fantastically easy to cut, process, and enjoy.

This particular strain of Blue Beech that we grow is from organic heirloom seeds that were originally brought to Vermont from Italy during World War II.

As of last year, it is officially the ONLY paste tomato we grow because no other variety comes close on flavor.

Does it look a bit unusual? Yes.
Is it your new favorite tomato? Quite possibly!

Come get one for yourself today and give it a try!
You won't be disappointed!
