Once we get a call set up, this is when all the emotions begin to set. 😆 Counting down the days to hear your big plans, I get a little too giddy over weddings and engagements…
And then after our call that was full of so much excitement, I send over the quotes and honestly, my stomach begins to hurt because I’m hoping we can work together! But I remind myself that everything. happens. for. a. reason…it’ll be ok no matter what the outcome. 💕
Anxiously waiting to hear back…email after email, refreshing my digital workspace, grabbing my phone instantly when a notification goes off…
But once I get that email that you want to move forward with ME, oh goodness. I cry a little, dance a lot, and maybe let out a ‘WOOHOO’ so loud Maui jumps and gives me a sassy ‘chill out mom’ look! At this point, I’m ecstatic!! 💃 There’s been times when I jumped into Matt’s arms and started crying…I’m a bit dramatic?

I love what I do so much (despite the mountain of feelings I go through), but its all so worth it because I get to form beautiful friendships and capture these amazing memories!

Emma & Daniel: Part One
It was a chilly, but cozy, fall weekend on Walloon Lake. The wind pulling leaves from the trees. The sun sneaking through to grace us with a whisper of her presence throughout the day.
This wedding was especially meaningful for me, as Emma is dear to my heart—one of LSE’s first lead event coordinators. Emma started with Luna Soiree Events in 2014, and 10 years later, I got to send her down the aisle.
She and Daniel started dating in her last year with LSE, and I had a feeling he was going to stick. They are absolutely perfect for eachother, always sneaking smiles, laughing and staying active together. I love planning with couples who truly want to plan their wedding weekend celebration together!
One last add to Part One. I must commend hotelwalloon for the absolutely spectacular guest service and accommodations. What an absolute treat it was to spend the weekend here, producing this incredible celebration with them.
